About the project

You will join a team working for the largest energy supplier and a leading green electricity provider. The project focuses on building and scaling an automated trading and market-access platform for power and gas markets. The role covers full-stack development, execution strategies, real-time market data streaming, and platform scalability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize and ensure reliability of existing trading and automation services.
• Develop and implement new trading strategies in collaboration with the product team.
• Enhance the frontend interface to support live data streaming, user customization and additional use cases (full-stack development).
• Evaluate and integrate new streaming technologies as needed to improve performance.
• Extend execution strategies for power and gas markets, including automated hedging based on price signals.
• Design scalable concepts for deploying new strategies and use cases.
• Manage and maintain the streaming service that provides live market data to applications.
