Job Title: SDK Software EngineerLocation: Bucharest, RomaniaType: PermanentOur client are an AI company looking for Engineers to do hybrid working from their site in Bucharest.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop cross-platform (Linux, Windows) SDKs and APIs in C/C++ and Python.Build host drivers, configure device interfaces, and optimize data streaming pipelines for high throughput and low latency.Develop reference integrations, sample applications, and clear developer documentation.Partner with firmware and perception teams to expose device features and troubleshoot customer integrations.Requirements:BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.5+ years developing SDKs, libraries, or systems software in C/C++ and Python.Strong cross-platform API design skills and experience with device communication (USB, PCIe, Ethernet).Core proficiency in memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization.Desirables:Track record of shipping SDKs for external developers.Experience with sensor, camera, or LiDAR data pipelines.Familiarity with Python bindings (pybind11), ROS/ROS 2 integration, and CUDA.Background in robotics or autonomous systems.If this sounds of interest, please reach out to [email protected] for more information Show more Show less
