We are looking for a Software Tester to join a team developing a workforce simulation tool that supports tactical, data-driven decisions. In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software through integration, verification, and validation activities.

📌 Your mission

• Develop and run automated tests using Playwright and JavaScript.

• Test RESTful services using Postman and ensure API reliability.

• Perform manual feature testing and assess software performance.

• Create, maintain, and execute smoke and regression test cases using Xray (Jira plugin).

• Generate clear, actionable reports on test results (manual and automated).

• Monitor testing activities using quality indicators and metrics.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to align on solution vision and business needs.

• Contribute actively in SCRUM meetings, providing feedback and proposing new testing strategies.

• Identify risks, support mitigation plans, and ensure the delivered solution meets quality standards.

• Strong experience in automated testing with Playwright.

• Solid background in manual testing and test planning.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.

• Excellent English communication skills; French is a plus.
