We are looking for ambitious, delivery-driven Solution Delivery Consultants (SDCs) with strong systems thinking, capable of transforming complex client requirements into real, scalable, implementable solutions.

As a Solution Delivery Consultant at VISION, you are accountable for leading structured client discovery and delivering end-to-end customer solutions by translating real business needs into scalable implementations, coordinating cross-functional execution (Business Analysts, Application Developers, Testers and DevOps), and ensuring successful configuration, testing, go-live, and continuous product-driven standardization.

Job Description:

o   Organize, lead and document Structured Client Discovery workshops

o   translate real business needs into implementable solution designs

o   define delivery and implementation outputs together with BA and ACD

o   supervise configuration and extensions of the existing/new platforms

o   coordinate end-to-end testing and go-live preparation

o   contribute to standardization and productization (delivery feedback → product evolution loop)

Skills and Competencies:

o   Business Understanding

•     strong grasp of enterprise workflows (Operations, HR, Finance, Public Sector, etc.)

•     ability to facilitate structured workshops with diverse stakeholders

•     excellent synthesis, clarity, and communication skills

o   Delivery & Solution Mindset

•     focused on scalable, reusable solutions (not one-off implementations)

•     prioritizes standard configuration before custom development

•     understands boundaries between analysis, delivery, and technical execution

o   Technical Awareness

•     solid understanding of integration fundamentals (API, environments, deployments)

•     ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Application Developers, Testers, DevOps and Development teams

•     experience with enterprise application configuration, workflows, and rules
