About the Role

• We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Solution Manager to drive our expansion in the Romanian market. Based in Romania, you will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring our energy storage solutions are successfully adopted across Commercial & Industrial, and Utility segments.

Responsibilities

1. Market & Policy Insight: Deeply analyze Romanian and regional energy policies, grid connection regulations, and market trends to guide business strategy.
2. Technical Solution Delivery: Serve as the technical authority for local customers and partners. Lead technical workshops, conduct partner training sessions, and support project development from inception to execution.
3. Solution Design & Proposal: Translate customer requirements into robust, optimized solutions. Prepare detailed technical proposals, single-line diagrams, and perform comprehensive ROI and financial modeling.
4. Product & Competitive Analysis: Master our product portfolio and conduct comparative analysis against competitors to highlight our unique value propositions.
5. Technical Validation: Oversee Proof of Concept (POC) tests and provide on-site technical support during project implementation to ensure solution performance.

Qualifications

• · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, Electrochemical Energy Storage, or a related field.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the PV, Energy Storage, or EV charging industry, with a focus on technical sales, solution engineering, or project development.
2. Proven experience with Residential, C&I, or Utility-scale PV and storage systems is highly preferred.
3. Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Romanian and professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) are mandatory for effective local communication and internal reporting.
4. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
6. Self-starter with a positive attitude, high resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing industry.
7. Willingness to travel occasionally within Romania and Europe for ongoing projects, seminars, and industry conferences.
