Within this role, you will:
● Act with the highest safety standards. ● Verify supplier invoices against issued orders from an accounting perspective, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal financial procedures. ● Organize and file invoices according to the accounting department's standards. ● Ensure all master data is maintained and created within a controlled environment to the highest quality. ● Investigate data integrity through periodic checks. ● Support the procurement department for day-to-day and strategic initiatives. ● Deal with customers and suppliers to understand discrepancies and ensure all data aligns with audit and governance requirements. ● Track office supplies and order replacements as required. ● Ensure all office running costs are under control and optimized. ● Any other tasks as required by the company accounting processes
Essential Qualifications ● Strong competence in Google Workspace Suite. ● Strong competence in Microsoft Excel. ● Fluent English, spoken and written. ● French and Italian are a plus ● Previous experience in shipping is a plus. ● Knowledge of the accounting software Sage and the CRM solution Salesforce are a plus.
