We offer the potential for significant corporate growth and career development.Our ambition is to strengthen the existing highly experienced team to provide the best in industry support to our growing client base.Role PurposeThe primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a dynamic, highly client-focused individuals willing to share energy and passion with our team members and customers.Successful person will be responsible for delivering sourcing initiatives covering the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle across global markets, the individual will be responsible for one of our most important external client.Main Responsibilities Will IncludeEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and key suppliersLeading assigned sourcing initiatives, which vary in terms of scope and scale from routine renewals to more strategic purchasesConducting market tenders and managing the evaluation across a cross-functional team to determine supplier selectionUnderstanding business requirements and structuring deals to meet those requirementsNegotiating deals to achieve optimal commercial terms incl leading e-auctionsDrafting contracts based on standard terms and conditionsLeading cross-functional deal teams and liaising with senior stakeholdersRequirementsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal (bachelor’s degree).English is a must, German / Italian / Franch is nice to have.Around 2 years proven experience in sourcing across specific categories and capability of running tenders.Hands on approach for deal execution, manage deals end to end on their own with minimal oversight.Client/stakeholder focus within the corporate environment with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.Experienced negotiator and excellent communication skillsExperience in understanding contracts and ability in contract drafting, with limited requirement for specialist legal support.
