Then join our STADA Romania team and apply now as Sourcing Manager (Global Purchasing) Bucharest | Romania | Fulltime | Temporary (maternity replacement) We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join the Global Purchasing Department, responsible for group-wide coordination of Culture & People and/or Professional Services spend and optimization of procurement activities at international level.ResponsibilitiesAutonomous planning, control and coordination of Marketing/Travel category is spent at group level.Ensuring adequate supply of products and services in the respective categories.Developing and implementing category sourcing strategies and related processes/tools for global teams and countries.Reviewing purchase requisitions, identifying suppliers, negotiating price/lead time/conditions, placing orders, and tracking payments.Consolidating supplier structures at group level and performing regular market analyses and benchmarks.Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers/service providers internationally.Regular reporting of KPIs to management.Participation in mandatory GMP, HSE and internal trainings; adherence to internal procedures, legal regulations and data protection rules.Willingness to travel nationally and internationally on business. Requirements University degree; Master’s degree is an advantage.Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong project management experience and excellent commercial negotiation skills (especially price negotiations).Very good knowledge of contract law.Systems knowledge: SAP, MS Office, ARIBA.
