We are looking for Sorucing Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team of one of our global accounts.

What you will do:

• You will manage the recruitment process for our white collar vacancies.
• Collaborate with a portfolio of Hiring Partners and Talent Advisors to support their hiring needs.
• Source top talent across DACH region.
• Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.

What we would like you to have:

• Experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment role with sourcing recruiter
• Fluent in German and English
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
• Being proactive, autonomous.
• Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong sourcing skills
