• Assist with account-related inquiries and general service requests
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, partnering with internal teams as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in internal systems
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective problem-solving
• Follow internal procedures and client guidelines to ensure service quality and compliance
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement efforts

Join our team as a Customer Support Representative with Spanish!
You will support our client, a global provider of innovative e-mobility solutions, serving car manufacturers, fleet managers, and electric vehicle users. Through its advanced platforms and services, the company provides access to one of Europe’s largest charging networks and actively supports the transition toward more sustainable mobility.
In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support via inbound channels, including voice and email. You will assist customers with billing and account-related inquiries, as well as other service-related topics, helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Your profile:

• Advanced (C1) level of Spanish
• English language skills at B2 level or higher
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in shifts between 9:00 and 21:00, in a hybrid work setup based in our Bucharest office
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good computer skills, including MS Office
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Experience in contract or account management is considered a plus
• Experience with billing, invoicing or payment processes is an advantage
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
