Your tasks

• Performs basic tasks assigned in the area of customer service processes, according to internal procedures and regulations, in an effective and efficient manner;
• Performs accurate and timely the allocated activities;
• Works on clearly instructed assignments with guidance;
• Contributes with ideas and suggestions to improve personal efficiency / effectiveness;
• Dedicated to the continuous improvement of own technical abilities and to assimilate new information from more senior colleagues in area of activity;
• Ensures compliance with internal controls with regards to customer service activities in the area of activity;
• Provides information requested by the team lead/manager promptly, keeps data up to date and similar activities for the use by others;
• Prepares input for decision making by others.
  

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree: Finance;
• Relevant professional experience: 0-1 years;
• Good understanding of key functional areas related to customer support processes;
• Basic customer service knowledge;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of requests;
• Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office;
• Basic knowledge and understanding of related legislations/norms, internal rules/guidelines;
• Basic customer support knowledge and principles applied in Oil & Gas Industry;
• Solid execution skills proved by ability to adjust to new tasks & situations in an effective manner, showing flexibility in the way of thinking and acting;
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
