Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct assessments of logistics requirements (Logistic agreements), and continuously optimize order fulfillment processes and capacities with dedicated suppliers in assigned organizational area (segments)
• Conduct Supplier Capacity Check
• Set and evaluate supply methods, processes and standards, ensure its effective implementation.
• Coordinate and plan capacity with production and supplier, and define optimal order quantities / delivery units as well as delivery frequencies.
• Control and continuously optimize transportation network, monitor efficiency, analyze claims and decide corrective actions in collaboration with transport management, master planning and suppliers.
• Plan and control inventory levels at the suppliers (targets, security level, consignment, etc.) and of inbound inventories along the entire supply chain (including plant level).
• Implement and train application of logistic tools for supplier evaluation and supplier integration, and lead respective improvement projects.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management.
• 3 to 5 years
• MS Office
• English and/or German language
• Knowledge of suppliers within the area of responsibility
• SAP Procurement
• Managing interfaces with suppliers
• Knowledge of the complaint processing process towards suppliers
• Understanding the criteria and methods for supplier integration
• Analyzing root causes for deviations from targets
