What You Will Do
- Develop and own performance marketing strategy across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliates) focused on high-intent lead generation for financial products/services.
- Plan, review and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, native, and retargeting channels.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create compliant messaging and high-performing assets.
- Ensuring campaigns meet targets and step in to create ads if needed.
- Track campaign performance, build report, and provide insights to improve ROI.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with financial regulations and maintain lead quality aligned with sales and underwriting teams.
- Manage marketing budgets across channels and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the full lead-to-customer journey.
What You Will Bring
- 3–6+ years of performance marketing experience in the financial industry (banking, lending, insurance, investments, fintech, wealth management, or similar).
- Proven experience in lead generation with measurable revenue impact.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic platforms, and lead-gen networks.
- Strong knowledge of tracking, analytics, and CRM integrations (GA4, GTM)
- Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
