This role is responsible for implementing marketing promotions on the Douglas websites /Romania and Bulgaria/, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Digital Marketing & Performance, CRM, Social Media teams), ensuring efficient management of all website activities and optimal use of available space.


Currently we are looking for Specialist Online Sales Activation (Temporary contract)


Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update local website and app content on a daily basis, including homepage elements, promotional spaces, and campaign-related information.
  • Plan, schedule, and maintain homepage and onsite content, adapting it to local market specifics.
  • Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams (Digital Marketing, CRM, Content, Design, Performance).
  • Adapt and localize global toolkits (banners, landing pages, texts) to ensure relevance, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Create and publish local content for campaigns, special occasions, and promotional events.
  • Monitor campaign performance (KPIs), identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Configure and launch campaigns using backend systems (SAP, MAGENTO, CMS, CRM platforms).
  • Perform QA checks before and during campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms, including mobile.

  • Maintain accurate alignment between website and mobile app content (especially for the Bulgarian market).
  • Work with central/global teams to request, adapt, and implement campaign assets and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., pricing, data processing).
  • Contribute to improving transparency and operational efficiency of sales activation processes through strong documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, JIRA) to plan, track, and manage tasks and issues.
  • Provide administrative and operational support (documentation, materials tracking, reporting, audit-related tasks).
  • Participate in eCommerce planning, contributing ideas and identifying potential risks or limitations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across departments, stores, and external partners.
  • Support cross-market initiatives and adapt to different systems, tools, and processes within the cluster.
  • Occasionally travel for campaign coordination, training, and alignment activities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
  • Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics or similar
  • High attention to detail combined with strong analytical thinking skills
  • Travel for training and within cluster countries
  • Participation in company events
  • Participation in online and in-person trainings
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Fluent English
