Responsibilities

• Independent creation, execution, and analysis of people analytics reports and employee surveys (People Voices)
• System-side setup of standard and customized surveys in close collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Administration of user accounts, roles, and permissions in the relevant analytics and survey tools
• Support in preparing and validating participant lists and ensuring data quality
• Analysis and visualization of survey results and creation of dashboards and data-driven recommendations for action
• Conducting ad hoc analyses to support people strategies and organizational decision-making
• Consulting and support for local adaptations and special requirements in global survey projects
• Close and trust-based collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE) People Growth & Engagement, the Operations Hub, and People Business Partners
  

Qualifications

• Experience in administering survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SuccessFactors)
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data visualization
• Strong technical understanding and affinity for digital tools and data
• Careful and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
