We are looking for SQL Developer

Job summary: is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing database solutions that support business applications and data processes. This role ensures high performance, reliability, and security of SQL databases while guiding best practices across the development team.

Reports to: Head of SW Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and test web applications based on Oracle SQL technologies
• Interact with internal customers to determine the detailed specifications for each requirement given for development and to find the best solution for the application interface
• Provide support and maintenance for developed Oracle applications
• Provide technical documentation and deliver high quality applications relied on IT standards and business requirements.
• Build and support ETL processes and data integration workflows
• Collaborate with application developers, data analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into database solutions
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across systems
• Troubleshoot database issues and provide root-cause analysis
• Support data warehouse development and BI/reporting initiatives
• Document database structures, processes, and standards

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in SQL development
• Experience in enterprise‑level database environments
• Strong knowledge and experience in SQL and Oracle forms development;
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (T‑SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent depending on tech stack)
• Strong knowledge of relational database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with database optimization, indexing strategies, and query performance tuning
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration techniques
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, fact/dimension tables)
• Excellent coding, testing, and documentation abilities;
• Good analytical skills and ability to transform business requirements into programming specifications;
• Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and design scalable database structures
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
