About the role

We are looking for a Senior SQL Developer to join a mature enterprise environment with complex business logic and large-scale databases. The role is strongly SQL-focused, with deep involvement in stored procedures, performance optimization, and maintenance of legacy desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize complex SQL Server stored procedures (1000+ procedures)
• Design and modify database structures (tables, columns, indexes)
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries and execution plans
• Debug and optimize performance using SQL Profiler
• Work with .NET Framework 4 / 4.5 desktop applications (WinForms)
• Maintain and extend applications built with DevExpress
• Integrate and maintain WCF / Web Services
• Collaborate with internal teams on business logic implementation

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Extensive experience with complex stored procedures and business logic
• Strong skills in query optimization and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework 4 / 4.5 and WinForms
• Experience with DevExpress components
• Experience with WCF / Web Services
• Background in enterprise applications

Nice to have

• Experience in ERP, retail, pharma or production environments

Not a fit if

• Your experience is mainly web-based (.NET Core, MVC, API-heavy)
• SQL experience is basic or intermediate
• No real WinForms or DevExpress experience
