Job Description
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for overseeing and driving the company's digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. You will report directly to our Marketing Director and you’ll work out of our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will guide a team of digital marketing professionals and work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. Your expertise in digital marketing will enable you to leverage various channels, including the website, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Additionally, you will analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide strategic insights to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation
- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Analyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide strategic insights for optimization
- Identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of industry advancements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative services, to ensure alignment and deliver impactful digital marketing initiatives
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Stay uptodate with emerging digital marketing technologies, platforms, and best practices, evaluating their potential for the companys marketing efforts
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Utilize marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
- Present digital marketing strategies, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)
