Your tasks
As Sr Exp C&I Supervision (in view offshore) prior to Ready for Start-Up date and before start of offshore rotation work, your tasks will be:

• Complete mandatory safety and offshore survival training (e.g., HUET, first aid, firefighting)
• Attend technical training on equipment and systems used offshore
• Participate in company induction and compliance programs
• Review and familiarize with maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and operational procedures
• Update asset registers and maintenance records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Perform functional checks and quality assurance on spare parts and tools
• Assist in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) or SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) if applicable
• Attend planning meetings for RFSU (Ready for Start-Up) and offshore mobilization
  

As Sr Exp C&I Supervision(in view offshore) as of Ready for Start-Up date and start of offshore rotation work your tasks will be:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, corrective, and campaign maintenance for C&I/T systems, ensuring compliance with HSSE and integrity standards
• Maintain and troubleshoot ICSS, DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, and F&G systems; ensure accurate calibration of transmitters and sensors
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, integrity standards, and regulatory requirements in all C&I/T activities
• Act as focal point for telecoms: satellite, radio (VHF/UHF), fiber optic, data networks, CCR-to-platform, CCR-to-vessel, and safety comms (PAGA, CCTV, emergency links)
• Oversee cybersecurity and OT security aspects of control and telecom systems
• Support condition monitoring, inspections, and predictive maintenance; initiate and follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain CMMS records (work orders, backlog, KPIs), equipment history, and ensure spares/tools are preserved and controlled. Ensure proper closeout of activities
• Supervise contractors and technicians; ensure correct use of PTW, isolations, and risk assessments
  

Your profile

• Education: University degree in any engineering or science-based discipline
• 12 years’ relevant experience, incl. 5+ years in offshore C&I/T
• Minimum of 5 years offshore experience (project / operations)
• Strong knowledge of control and safety systems (ICSS, DCS, PLC, ESD, F&G)
• Proven telecom experience (satellite, radio, fiber, PAGA, CCTV)
• Experience in cybersecurity/OT security
• Experience with CMMS (SAP), condition monitoring, and integrity management systems
• ATEX/SIL certification advantageous
• Proven HSSE awareness and leadership mindset
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, and leadership skills in multicultural teams
• Good communication skills in English; proficient with MS Office
