As part of the team you will help to create the Home’Bank experience of tomorrow evolving the communication solutions with customers (push notifications, inbox, banners).
About The Team
You will join a collaborative and high‑performing product team focused on shaping the digital communication experience in Home’Bank. We work closely in an agile setup, take ownership end‑to‑end, and continuously innovate to deliver relevant, customer‑centric solutions at scale.
Your day to day

• Work in a cross‑functional squad and participate in all team ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily, retrospective, demos).
• Maintain and develop Home’Bank features in line with the squad’s purpose and objectives.
• Develop new products, services and related processes across the full product lifecycle, with focus on customer experience.
• Together with the Innovation & UX Center Of Expertise team, you use ING standards to explore customer issues / needs and validate solutions before deciding if and how to implement product development initiatives.
• Contribute to business cases and analyses required for product approvals. Submit new proposals and get management approval for implementation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks related to product development initiatives.
• Actively identify dependencies with other teams in ING, collaborate and communicate permanently with all areas affected by the product development initiative.
• Define clear requirements for IT and non‑IT developments (definition of ready / definition of done).
• Ensure quality of developments implemented in production.
• You are responsible for the non-financial risk processes associated with the products/services you manage (e.g. product approval & review, risk assessments) and regulatory requirements associated with digital channels.
• Collaborate with communication teams to define customer communications and support product launches and customer education.
• Use customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
• You are responsible for the processes associated with the products; responsible for SLAs aimed at the proper functioning of products and processes.
• Ensures that products, processes and related documentation comply with internal / external regulations, risk policies and legal requirements.
  

What You Bring To The Team

• At least 3 years experience in Digital Channels Management or Product/Project Management.
• Experience in requesting and testing IT Developments.
• You are proactive and able to work autonomously and at the same time you are a team player, having strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You act always with a high sense of responsibility.
• You have solid planning and organizing skills and you are able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• You are flexible, adapt quickly to changes and you are constructive.
• And above all, you are a Home’Bank enthusiast.
