What You’ll Do as a Store M

anagerAs a Store Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing store sales and providing an amazing shopping experience for our customers. Your tasks will in

• clude:Driving store sales by fostering a culture of commercial innovation within the
• team.Leading a team of Managers, ensuring seamless coordination, motivation, and growth opportun
• ities.Developing organizational culture and promoting Primark values among the team to create an engaged comm
• unity.Taking an active role in supporting and managing People & Culture (HR) proc
• esses.Vigilantly monitoring and analyzing competitor activ
• ities.Conducting in-depth analysis of sales indicators and proposing strategies for improv
• ement.Developing long-term action plans for the effective functioning of the
• store.Collaborating with external suppliers and supervising their work to ensure excellent quality of products and ser
• vices.Actively participating in various projects related to developing the Primark brand in the local and international m

arket.
What You’l

• l BringAt least 5 years of experience in a similar (retail industry) role in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment. Previous experience as an Area Manager or Store Manager of a large area store is pre
• ferred.Strong leadership skills and experience in managing, motivating, and developing team of Ma
• nagers.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate, build relationships, and
• coach.A commercial mindset, independence, and strong organizational abilities to set priorities effec
• tively.Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and recommend sol
• utions.Being proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to solve problems effec
• tively.Proficiency in Romanian and English (at a communicative
