Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the entire store activity, directly supervising store employees, technical teams, consultants, and other collaborators
• Monitor the daily commercial image of all departments and intervene promptly when issues related to product presentation or stock levels are identified
• Ensure the store is properly supplied and that all products have sufficient availability on shelves
• Implement and ensure compliance with JUMBO policies regarding product display and sales standards
• Maintain high-quality standards for the commercial space (cleanliness, organization, interior/exterior image)
• Establish best practices in customer relations and ensure they are respected by the store team
• Handle customer issues efficiently and maintain strong customer satisfaction
• Represent the company in relation to public authorities and ensure all required permits and licenses remain valid according to legal regulations
• Monitor store expenses and implement cost optimization measures
• Take full responsibility for the store’s financial performance and achievement of business targets
• Ensure all roles within the store organizational structure are filled and staffing levels remain within approved limits
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees or team members promoted into new roles
• Motivate the team through constant communication, feedback, and operational support
• Manage work schedules, monthly timesheets, and vacation planning in a fair and organized manner
• Ensure all operational and maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a management role within retail (Store Manager / Director position)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and focus on performance results
• Ability to manage complex situations and make quick decisions
• Good computer skills and understanding of financial indicators
• Good proficiency of English or Greek language (written and spoken).
