JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with PINKO brand standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Leading and developing the store team to achieve sales and operational goals;
-Recruiting, training, evaluating, and motivating employees;
-Monitoring store KPIs and implementing strategies to maximize performance;
-Managing stock operations, inventory control, transfers, and deliveries;
-Ensuring excellent visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines;
-Delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining premium service standards;
-Managing schedules, administrative tasks, and store operations;
-Acting as the main connection between the store team, Brand Manager, and company departments.
