Key Duties & Responsibilities
Supervising the daily workflow of the store; opening, closure, daily sales targets, arrivals and returns etc.
Managing and motivating employees to work based on the company’s customer service standards
Monitoring store’s performance; Being responsible for meeting agreed KPIs
Training new staff members and being responsible for the overall success of the team
Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints ensuring high level customers’ satisfaction
Liaising with the parent company (such as Supply Management, IT, Accounting, Marketing, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination and execution of all required processes
Implementing policies and procedures based on company standards
Performing other related tasks as necessary
