This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the entire marketing strategy, driving alignment between priorities, performance, and long-term business objectives. You will oversee the development of high-impact initiatives, ensuring they are grounded in data-driven insights, optimized user experiences, and strong cross-functional collaboration. As a key member of the leadership team, you will guide the marketing function with vision, analytical rigor, and creative excellence. You will work closely with product, design, revenue, and content teams to deliver go-to-market initiatives and impactful storytelling. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels equally in execution, communication, and organizational influence.
Accountabilities
- Define and communicate the strategic direction of the marketing team, ensuring full alignment with organizational goals.
- Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively across all marketing channels.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Oversee data collection and KPI analysis to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.
- Deliver insights and performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead UX improvement initiatives, incorporating user feedback and optimizing content and audience development.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to implement experience enhancements.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies with internal leaders and channel partners.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities to support growth.
- Oversee creation of impact reports and high-quality content for enterprise clients.
- Lead go-to-market efforts for special projects and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment and measurable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles with strong strategic thinking.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing strategies supported by measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, audience development, and customer-centric optimization.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing impactful content.
- Ability to influence, prioritize, and operate in fast-paced and evolving environments.
