Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Execution
• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic, transformation, and operational projects
• Define clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality expectations
• Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation measures

Strategic & Transformation Projects :

• Drive key transformation initiatives, including restructuring, integration, and performance improvement programs
• Support execution of large-scale strategic projects (e.g., new sites, major industrial programs, partnerships)
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable project plans and track execution
• Industrial Ramp-Up & Operations Support
• Coordinate industrial ramp-up projects from development into serial production
• Ensure alignment between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality functions
• Monitor ramp-up performance and implement corrective actions where required

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement improvement initiatives across operations and business processes
• Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and quality improvements
• Identify and drive digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Act as the key interface between project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and decision documents
• Ensure transparent communication and alignment across all project stakeholders

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor project performance against defined KPIs and milestones
• Provide regular status updates and escalate critical issues when needed
• Support decision-making through structured reporting and analysis

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Work Experience: 3- 7 years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategy roles, with a focus on strategic planning and project execution
• Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.
• MS Office: Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint – PowerBI is a plus
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and experience in working with the board of directors and senior executives
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and resilience.
• Personal attributes: Strong ownership and accountability, as well as results-driven mindset
• Confidentiality: Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
