Who we are looking for
As Change Management becomes more complex and cross-functional, we expect our Consultant to have a mix of technical and soft skills:
Your future role
Communication
Create operative project communication and support work streams (e.g. overview slides; branding, orthography & consistency, and layout review);Update and adapt communication material (PowerPoint, interactive PDFs);Document, forward, and maintain Q&As and compile FAQ lists from various sources (e.g. in workshops, inbox, interactions with SMEs);Creating client templates for specific newsletters;Create videos/screencasts;Prepare SharePoint site updates;
Change Management
Identify and update stakeholder analysis and support administrative preparation (e.g. stakeholder tracking, reminder);Support stakeholder onboarding and ongoing engagement (e.g. leadership engagement calls);Drive event management;Support Change Impact Assessment (e.g. consolidation of data);Coordinate Change Readiness & Adoption assessments (e.g. data collection, consolidation and data preparation);Prepare user guidelines;Create and coordinate the Change Agents Network;
Training/ Learning
Conduct a Learning Needs Analysis for all stakeholders' groups;Develop a Training Curriculum;Identify relevant training materials to be created;Prepare materials;Organize Train the Trainers;Deliver & moderate workshops, training sessions, drop-in sessions.
