Your Tasks

• 
  
• Offer support to SSC Admin & Payroll HR colleagues for the actual tasks / projects:
  
• Timesheet verifications for different production areas;
  
• Prepares / exports various reports related to: productivity; performance; vacation leaves etc.
  
• Calculates various bonus;
  
• Salary flyer distribution;
  
• Verify medical leaves and prepares the medical leave settlement file;
  
• Maintains contact with the EHS department for medical accidents at work;
  
• Archive specific documents;
  
• Preparation of certificates requested by employees;
  
• Correspondence regarding garnishments;
  
• Meal cards management;
  
• Uses specific informatics applications for timekeeping, administration and payroll;
  
• Releases specific documents.
  

Your Profile

• 
  
• University studies – in progress (bachelor / master) for area such as Economics (Marketing, Economical Informatics, Management;
  
• Proficiency in English;
  
• Advanced MS-Office (especially Excel);
  
• Analytical and synthesis skills, attention to details and problem solving skills;
  
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize;
  
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism;
  
• Very good communication skills.
