About the position:

As a Studio Set Designer, you’ll design and build creative, functional, and visually consistent sets for live casino studios. Your work will define the visual identity of our gaming environment, ensuring every table and backdrop aligns with brand standards and delivers a polished, professional player experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with studio operations, technical teams, and branding to turn creative ideas into practical, high-quality studio designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop live casino studio sets that align with brand and game requirements.
• Create 2D and 3D design concepts, mood boards, and technical drawings.
• Plan and oversee set construction, materials, lighting layout, and spatial arrangement.
• Work with production, engineering, and operations teams to adapt designs for camera angles, lighting, and player visibility.
• Maintain visual consistency across all studio environments.
• Manage timelines and budgets for set design projects.
• Source and coordinate suppliers, materials, and contractors when needed.
• Continuously improve studio aesthetics and ergonomics based on feedback and new trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in set design, interior design, or stage production— in broadcasting, film, or live casino gaming.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and practical design projects.
• Proficiency in a few of the following software programs (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, or similar).
• Proficiency in using rendering software tools to achieve high image quality.
• Experienced in using AI tools for image enhancement or to support the creative process
• Understanding of lighting, color, and spatial composition for on-camera presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
