For the Cluj Metro Project, one of Romania’s largest infrastructure developments, we are looking for a Subcontract Administrator to join our Subcontracts Department.Main ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation, review and administration of subcontract agreements.Draft formal correspondence, notices, and other contractual communications to subcontractors.Assist the Subcontract Manager in the review of subcontractors contractual and commercial submissions.Maintain proper records of subcontract agreements and other contractual documents.Draft reports and prepare the contractual records.RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering, Administrative or Law.Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience;Strong analytical skills and attention to details.Good organizational and document management skills.Previous experience in Construction sector, contracts, procurement or subcontracts, it is preferable.Good command of English.About the Company:GÜLERMAK, since its establishment, has been a top leading international EPC contractor known for its excellent reputation and professionalism.
