About the Programme

One of our clients is planning a full front-to-back upgrade to Summit V2025.X version. Phi will take end-to-end ownership of the upgrade, delivering it client-led in the client’s own environment and covering the core system, batch processes and interfaces. You will work closely with our leading Phi's team to upgrade the relevant Summit modules, ensure platform stability, and minimise risk and testing effort for the client.

Roles and Responsibilities

To support this initiative, we are looking for a Summit SME to work as the Lead Business Analyst on the project.

• Gather and clarify business requirements, and document functional and technical designs;
• Coordinate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of technical tasks;
• Deliver migration, configuration, and data loading for various Front and Back Office modules;
• Execute GUI testing cycles, full batch comparison and re-testing;
• Perform standalone interface testing;
• Contribute to test planning, strategy, and test case definition;
• Analyse batch differences and support the client’s SIT and UAT;
• Analyse, document, and explain test results; log and track issues, and assist in their resolution;
• Support business users during UAT, including user training if required.
• Lead and mentor junior team members in the team.

Key Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years experience as a Summit Business Analyst and working recently on Summit V6.x preferred;
• Proven track-record delivering implementation, upgrade or migration projects;
• Strong understanding of Summit functionalities for Front or Back Office, and can comfortably create, execute, interpretate and maintain regression testing;
• Confident in writing Documentation, User Setup and Regulatory Reporting;
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to produce clear documentation;
• Technical skills in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GIT hub, SQL and XML would be advantageous;
• Experience in leading functional teams and providing mentorship/training.
