Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of creation process for norms and procedures for specific department;
• Supervise daily operations in your department,
• Monitor quality, performance and response times of direct subordinates,
• Handle escalated customer complaints,
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards,
• Train and develop your team’s representatives,
• Analyze feedback to improve customer experience and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in credit analysis, debt collection or customer support (preferably in consumer or payday lending)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Knowledge of lending regulations and risk assessment tools.
