APQP activities and PPAP approval1）Participate in the product feasibility analysis and quality assurance program review organized by the supporting purchasing department;2）Responsible for the review of suppliers' key characteristics, and monitor the effectiveness of suppliers' SPPC management and on-site implementation;3）Organize the technical expert team (Product research and development department, mold development Department, electronic design department, process development Department, Assembly design Department and other relevant departments and departments) to review the design scheme of the supplier's mold, structural parts, tooling and gage;4）Participate in the trial production of purchased parts mold, evaluate the samples submitted by suppliers together with other functional departments, and give feedback on the results to suppliers;5）Responsible for IS sample approval, sign PPAP documents submitted by suppliers, and organize process review;Responsibility 2.
