Your Responsibilities

Audits and Approvals

• Definition, coordination, and implementation of quality requirements for suppliers
• Conducting quality audits at suppliers according to VDA as an independent lead auditor and granting supplier quality approvals
• Coordination and execution of the PPF process with/at suppliers including product/process approval
• Definition and implementation of qualification measures with suppliers, including risk assessment for approval
• Requesting and tracking improvement measures with suppliers in escalation cases, including risk assessment for approval
• Agreement on quality objectives with suppliers in coordination with the plant management

Production Process and Product Approvals (PPF)

• Execution of new/change projects for purchased parts
• Participation in the further development of the QM system and related processes, especially regarding supplier topics
• Participation in the standardization of supplier-related processes
• Knowledge transfer within the international supply network
• Initiating drawing optimizations and other specifications in coordination with design and other responsible parties

Supplier Quality

• Informing suppliers about defined special characteristics and verifying their compliance
• Creating inspection orders for plants and external laboratories for initial sampling with suppliers and root cause analysis of defective components and evaluation of test results
• Definition and coordination of measures in case of deviations from quality requirements with internal and external parties involved in the sampling process

Project Work

• Active participation in projects by contributing quality interests and expertise while considering process stability and procedures

Your Profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in supplier quality management or quality assurance
• Knowledge of quality methods and standards (e.g., VDA, ISO 9001)
• Experience in conducting supplier audits and process approvals
• Desire to work in an aspiring team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent in English and Romanian, German is advantageous
