About the Job Role

JOB RESPONSABILITIES:

Development and implementation of supplier development strategies aligned with corporate requirements and IATF 16949 standards.

Coordination of supplier audits (VDA 6.3), risk assessments, and capability analyses to increase process maturity.

Management of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) activities, including APQP, PPAP, and supplier readiness for new programs.

Oversight of incoming material quality management, ensuring robust inspection plans, data-driven analysis, and effective control of non-conforming materials.

Coordination of structured problem-solving processes (8D, 5 Why, FMEA) and ensuring timely closure of supplier corrective actions.

Collaboration with suppliers to implement process improvements, SPC monitoring, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Cooperation with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production departments to ensure supplier performance and compliance with customer-specific requirements.

Support suppliers in launch preparation, process approvals, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Deliver general quality awareness training sessions.

Prepare periodic reports and statistical analyses.

Collaborate with all departments within the group of companies.

Cooperate with suppliers and institutions specific to the quality field.

Act in accordance with company procedures regarding Quality, Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Waste Management.

Compliance with ESD regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
