Will support the Strategic Sourcing team by handling routine operational tasks, assisting with data management, and contributing to integration projects. This role is designed to improve reporting accuracy and support Category Leaders with strategic initiatives.
What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION

• Analytics & Reporting & Operational Support
• Validate and update dashboards in Power BI to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform savings analysis and reporting in Sievo& ERPs to support strategic decision-making.
• Handle data checks and updates across multiple ERPs (M3 Infor, SAP) to maintain detailed operations.
• Supplier Performance Management
• Maintain Supplier Scorecards and compliance checks in IVALUA o ensure outstanding supplier performance.
• Project Assistance
• Support cross-site collaboration and workload balance for strategic sourcing initiatives ensuring projects are accomplished perfectly.
  

You Have

• A university degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates your readiness for this role.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas, to handle and analyze data effectively.
• An analytical attitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A good command of English, at least at an intermediate level, to communicate efficiently with the team.
• A keen curiosity about supply chain and purchasing processes, showing your dedication to the field.
  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Coming from specialized training in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality; with previous industrial experience, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor & organization, your common sense, and pragmatism. You can integrate into a team with varied profiles.
