To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist in our plant in Arad.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track customer orders and delivery performance
• Act as main contact for customers regarding planning and deliveries
• Manage logistics claims and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate logistics activities between plant and customer
• Analyze customer demand and ensure alignment with production
• Maintain and update master data and planning parameters in ERP (SAP)
• Ensure material availability and coverage for customer requirements
• Organize and lead regular operational meetings (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Prepare shipment plans and coordinate transport activities
• Create and monitor shipment transactions in ERP
• Track backlog and critical parts using SAP tools
• Maintain accurate demand signals in the system
• Monitor KPIs: delivery performance, inventory levels, logistics costs
• Support and implement logistics cost reduction initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Kaizen activities

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics / customer operations
• Strong ERP knowledge (preferably SAP)
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• English – professional level
