Responsibilities Serve as the point of contact for OEMs in the role of customer service Coordinate and ensure on-time and quantity-compliant deliveries to our customers, taking into account electronic data interchange (EDI) data, with the goal of continuous production Maintain internal system parameters and process exception reports as well as handle EDI and delivery schedules Maintain customer portals Monitor delivery schedules, including minimum order quantities and advance requirements Actively contribute to achieving logistics metrics and targets in accordance with the scorecard (inventories/on-time delivery/operational metrics/continuous improvement) Assisting with the management of change and phase-out processes Assisting with cross-functional and cross-departmental project tasks QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Planning, or Order Management, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry.Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), customer delivery schedules, and ERP/MRP systems.Experience working with customer portals and managing customer requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Good understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and delivery performance metrics.Excellent communication skills in German and EnglishAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
