Surveillance Operator (Bulgarian)

Introduction We are partnering with a leading software development and services company specializing in end-to-end digital solutions to find a Surveillance Operator with Bulgarian. In this critical role, you will be part of the gaming studios team based in Bucharest, Romania. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of online gaming operations, protecting company assets, and maintaining a safe environment for both staff and players through advanced monitoring and surveillance techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-end security devices, monitor consoles, and surveillance systems effectively.
• Conduct routine online surveillance checks by reviewing CCTV footage to identify unusual, suspicious, or illegal activities.
• Execute physical inspections of the premises and report any violations or security incidents immediately.
• Utilize various software platforms, including gaming and video streaming tools, to gather information and protect company assets.
• Monitor staff and online players to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations, identifying any signs of cheating or illegal conduct.
• Oversee online gaming back-office (BO) transactions and interactions to identify potential threats to staff or customers.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of camera locations and proficiency in video monitoring equipment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Bulgarian (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Fluency in English (B2 level).
• Previous experience in online gaming is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 service suite.
• Keen observation skills and the ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
