The Role

AVIV Group is hiring a System Administrator with strong Atlassian expertise to join the Enterprise Systems team.

This is a hands-on role focused on improving, supporting and scaling the Atlassian ecosystem across AVIV, including Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery and Opsgenie.

You will work closely with technology teams, transformation stakeholders and internal business users to make sure AVIV’s collaboration, service management and delivery tools are reliable, well configured, easy to use and properly integrated.

This role would suit someone who enjoys system ownership, stakeholder management and making enterprise tools work better for the people who rely on them every day.

What you’ll do

• Configure, maintain and improve AVIV’s Atlassian suite, including Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery and Opsgenie
• Support technology teams in using Atlassian tools effectively across delivery, service management and operational workflows
• Partner with the transformation office and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical tooling solutions
• Maintain a robust group-wide Atlassian infrastructure while allowing teams flexibility where needed
• Manage Atlassian add-ons, automations, integrations and system updates
• Support end users with queries, training, testing and adoption of new features
• Improve workflows, reporting, dashboards and service management visibility
• Help maximise the value AVIV gets from the Atlassian ecosystem while reducing duplication across tools
• Take ownership of topics from start to finish, balancing technical configuration with user experience

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on knowledge of the Atlassian suite, especially Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Opsgenie
• Previous experience in an Atlassian support, administration or systems role
• Good understanding of ticket management, user support, system updates, reporting and workflow configuration
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across technology, transformation or business teams
• Familiarity with IT project methodologies and service management practices
• Good understanding of service management KPIs, Jira analytics and reporting
• Strong workflow management skills with the ability to balance standardisation and team-specific needs
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Good English communication skills
