We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our local IT team. You will play a key role in supporting internal departments and teams and in enabling the BU to meet its software delivery goals.

• Monitor enterprise systems and applications in a proactive way, to ensure performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement preventive measures that maintain overall availability and stability.
• Install, configure, support, and maintain server and workstation environments—including operating systems, applications, hardware assets, peripherals, and network devices.
• Oversee user life cycle processes (onboarding and offboarding) and manage access rights across internal systems.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues for local users.
• Support cloud services and collaboration platforms to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Apply system updates, security patches, and configuration changes in line with IT policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and implement system improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and prepare reports on system status and infrastructure performance.
