Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, server hardware, software applications, and studio IT equipment.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems and platforms.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolve hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS environments.
• Occasionally onboard new employees, including account setup and hardware provisioning.
• Manage IT assets and inventory.
• Monitor system and network performance, availability, and reliability; proactively address issues before they impact users.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep systems secure and up-to-date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and manage information security controls, including firewalls, antivirus software, IDS/IPS system; participate in regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, changes, and troubleshooting guides; prepare regular reports on system performance and incidents.
• Collaborate with other teams to support projects and initiatives, including system migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
