System Administrator - Windows & Infrastructure (On-Prem & Hybrid) - responsible for the administration, security, and optimization of the company’s physical and virtual IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of Windows-based systems, Active Directory, network, storage, and backup environments, as well as integration with modern hybrid/cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

Server & Virtualization Management

• Install, configure, and administer Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) on physical and virtual environments
• Manage and optimize virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware vSphere
• Perform system updates, patching, hardening, upgrades, and maintain technical documentation

Active Directory & Identity Management

• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services
• Manage users, groups, permissions, and security policies
• Integrate on-premises infrastructure with Hybrid / Cloud Identity solutions

Email & Collaboration

• Administer the corporate email and collaboration platform Google Workspace (Google Workspace)
• Manage email security (antispam, anti-phishing, DLP, MFA policies)
• Support migrations, audits, and advanced troubleshooting

Network & Wi-Fi Infrastructure

• Ensure the availability and performance of the network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Administer network equipment such as switches, access points, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and security

Storage & Backup

• Administer SAN / NAS storage solutions
• Manage, monitor, and regularly test backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Ensure compliance with the 3-2-1 backup rule and data retention policies

IT Security

• Configure, and maintain Antivirus / Antispam / EDR / XDR solutions
• Implement security best practices, patch management, and system hardening
• Participate in security audits and incident response activities

Infrastructure Support & Projects

• Contribute to special IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and consolidations
• Provide advanced technical support (L2/L3)

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate, test, and recommend new IT solutions aligned with business requirements
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or scripting tools
• Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation and operational procedures

Technical Requirements

Mandatory

• Strong experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V / VMware)
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and storage solutions
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with Hybrid / Cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana)
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR)
