We are looking for a System Analyst to join our partner team, supporting E-Commerce operations and contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of digital and IT solutions across the business.
Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation of projects that require IT components such as applications, modules, or information systems.
• Analyze business stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications (CRDs Change Request Documents).
• Create functional and technical documentation to support solution design and implementation.
• Communicate and validate technical requirements with internal (RO) and external (EN) partners, following a standardized request submission process.
• Review and validate technical solutions proposed by internal/external partners through Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), ensuring optimal integration across applications, infrastructure, data, business processes, and organizational structures.
• Provide support during the entire project lifecycle and after go-live, including writing technical test scenarios, collaborating with business teams on UAT, and ensuring UAT sign-off.
• Support the Change Management process (communication, organizational readiness, production go-live, hypercare).
• Offer Level 2 support for applications and systems under responsibility.
• Assist Level 1 teams and contribute to the improvement and automation of repetitive processes.
• Identify and propose optimizations for both processes and technical solutions, working closely with external partners and Ahold Delhaize Group IT teams.
  

Mandatory Requirements:

• Technical experience in the E-Commerce domain.
• Participation in the analysis, design, or implementation of SAP Hybris solutions (preferred).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English, both spoken and written.
