Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation of projects that require IT components – applications, modules, information systems, etc.;
• Discuss, understand, and centralize business requirements from users;
• Analyze technical requirements, document them, and discuss them with external partners;
• Propose business solutions and prepare technical specifications in accordance with project requirements;
• Provide support during the project as well as after implementation (e.g., application testing, user training);
• Provide L2 support for the applications and systems under responsibility;
• Comply with IT&C rules and policies applicable to company employees within the department in which they work;
• Ensure the quality of the provided IT solutions as well as their proper functioning by adhering to quality standards defined in project specifications;
• Identify and propose ways to optimize processes and technical solutions, in collaboration with external partners and IT teams within the Ahold Delhaize group;
• Deliver training sessions for end users;
• Continuous training related to organizational processes, IT, and business domains.

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing higher education studies (preferably in IT or Technical fields);
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
• Experience in project implementation (minimum 1 year);
• Experience with ERP systems and/or logistics systems is an advantage;
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and documentation skills;
• Good command of the English language;
• Communication, interpersonal, organizational, and integration skills;
• Dynamism, teamwork, innovative spirit, stress resilience;
• Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset;
• Time and priority management skills.
