We are looking for a System Analyst to join our partner team, supporting transport operations and contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of IT solutions across the business.
Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation of projects that require IT components such as applications, modules, or information systems.
• Gather, understand, and consolidate business requirements from users.
• Analyze technical requirements, perform documentation, and coordinate discussions with external partners.
• Propose business and technical solutions aligned with project needs and prepare the corresponding technical specifications.
• Provide support during the project lifecycle and after implementation (e.g., application testing, end-user training).
• Offer L2 support for the applications and systems under your responsibility.
• Comply with IT&C rules and policies applicable within the department and the company.
• Ensure the quality and proper functioning of delivered IT solutions by adhering to project standards and specifications.
• Identify and recommend process and technical optimizations in collaboration with external partners and Ahold Delhaize Group IT teams.
• Conduct training sessions for end users.
• Engage in continuous learning regarding organizational structure, IT domain knowledge, and business processes.
  

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing university studies (preferably in IT or a technical field).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in project implementation (minimum 1 year).
• Experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and documentation skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and integration abilities.
• Proactive, dynamic, team-oriented, innovative, and able to handle stress.
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
