What we’re looking for

A skilled engineer with strong technical background and troubleshooting skills who wants to be part of our 5G Infrastructure domain journey with all Orange Affiliates in Europe.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide 24/7 support (on-call shifts with 7-8 rotation) for all the alerts and incidents that occur on the platforms we manage
• Acknowledge current tickets and perform planned changes accordingly
• Propose technical action plans on outstanding tickets or incidents
• Conduct a comprehensive review of alarms and necessary silences to ensure there is no wrong activation for false alerts
• Participate to daily meetings with the team to ensure the tasks are done on time and communicate any blocking points on the activity
• Be part of the validation of planned changes prerequisites with the team and communicate with customer (L3 teams, Product Owner etc)
• Participate on weekly review of Operational team activity with the customers

What you need to know/have

• Previous experience in performing hardware diagnosis and part replacements for DELL and HPE Servers.
• Experience with Nokia Airframe Servers.
• Strong knowledge about IaaS solutions based on Openstack and VMware. Hands-on experience with NOKIA CBIS, Nokia NCS, Oracle-CNE, Ericsson CCD will be considered a big advantage
• Good knowledge of Storage solutions, especially Ceph
• Good knowledge about Kubernetes and containers
• Basic knowledge of Monitoring stacks based on Prometheus and Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios etc
• Good level of French – will be considered a plus
