System Engineer for ADAS / Autonomous Driving (m/f/x)
WHAT TO EXPECT
In this role, you will design and execute innovative test concepts for driver assistance and autonomous driving functions, ensuring comprehensive requirements coverage across various test platforms.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative, cross-functional team of developers and test engineers to validate next-generation automotive systems through simulation, analysis, and real-world testing.
YOUR TASKS
You are responsible for the creation of test designs in the areas of driver assistance and autonomous driving based on suitable test design methods.
You are responsible for selecting the optimal test platform (test environment) to achieve the objectives (HiL/SiL, vehicle).
You coordinate all instances involved in the test development process, including the organization of test case reviews.
You ensure complete and efficient requirements coverage for the functions you are responsible for.
You support the test station operation in the commissioning, execution, analysis and evaluation of the tests you have developed.
Virtual simulation and reprocessing of relevant tests and failure scenarios on different test platforms;
Analysis of wrong behavior based on bus traces and error memory entries;
You are in close coordination with function development and advise the feature teams on the testability of their functions and requirements.
