Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of system and software quality activities within development projects in the automotive domain following ASPICE guidelines.
- Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of ASPICE and company quality processes within software and system engineering teams.
- Checking against A-Spice requirements management, system design, software architecture, implementation, integration, and verification activities.
- Collaborate closely with Technology Platform, System Engineer, Software Teams, quality assurance (testing activities), supplier quality and customer quality to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Develop and enforce standards, methodologies, and best practices aligned with company standards and ASPICE for automotive software and system development.
- Support and guide teams in the creation and maintenance of process documentation, work products, and ASPICE evidence for audits.
- Coordinate internal and external ASPICE assessments and audits, driving corrective actions and process improvements.
- Mentor and coach team members on ASPICE compliance, system software engineering best practices and provide support related with cybersecurity standards, such as ISO 21434.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in automotive software development, cybersecurity (such as EU cyber resilience act agreements or UN agreements) and ASPICE standards.
Requirement profile / special skills Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing quality activities in automotive software and system development projects.
- Strong expertise in Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process models and assess-ments.
- Familiarity with automotive software standards such as ISO 21434 and MISRA-C is a strong advantage.
- Experience with software development lifecycle tools (e.g., Polarion, Jira, Git and SVN) and configuration management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- ASPICE assessor certification is a plus. · Open to travel to Germany once per month
- English fluent is a must.
