(>24 years)Multi-Skilled: Consultants that possess a diverse set of skills, enabling us to reduce the team’s sizeFast Ramp-ups: Rapid team expansions, ensuring projects are well-supported (+10 engineers/month)Project Management: Dedicated PM for all services, to ensure project success.The System Test Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of system test activities within an automotive development project.The role ensures that system requirements are fully, effectively, and traceably verified and that the system test strategy complies with internal processes, customer requirements, and applicable standards such as Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and ISO 26262.In addition to project-level testing responsibilities, the System Test Manager contributes to the development of the testing organization, processes, methodologies, and capabilities.ResponsibilitiesDefine the System Test Strategy and SYS.5 Test Plan, including scope, methods, environments, risks, and entry/exit criteria.Ensure system requirements are fully and traceably tested and coverage targets are achieved.Coordinate testing across SiL, HiL, rig, vehicle, and EOL environments.Ensure test environments, configurations, test data, and evidence are available and properly managed.Coordinate internal and supplier test execution, monitor progress, results, defects, and risks.Lead test readiness and exit reviews and provide Go/No-Go recommendations for system releases.Lead system defect triage, root-cause analysis, fix validation, and regression testing.Ensure compliance with ASPICE SYS.5, ISO 26262/21434, internal processes, and customer requirements.Coordinate with System Engineering, Integration, SW/HW Test, Safety, Cybersecurity, Validation, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.RequirementsStrong experience in Automotive System Testing / Verification & Validation.Experience with System Test Strategy, planning, execution, and defect management.Strong knowledge of requirements traceability and test coverage.Experience with SiL, HiL, rig, vehicle, and/or EOL testing.Good understanding of ASPICE SYS.5 and automotive development processes.Knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and/or suppliers.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
